Common Questions
- I cannot log in to my dashboard — try resetting your password at app.wedoera.com/forgot-password.
- My guests cannot see the invitation — make sure your invitation is set to Published in your dashboard settings.
- I need to change my wedding date — log in to your dashboard and go to Settings → Wedding Details.
- Can I change my invitation theme? — yes, from your dashboard under Invitation → Change Theme.
- Refund request — please read our Terms of Service. All sales are final as the dashboard is made available immediately. If you have a genuine technical issue, email us and we will do our best to help.
