By purchasing and using Wedo.Era you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Wedo.Era provides a digital wedding platform including invitation websites, RSVP management, guest communication tools, seating planning, budget tracking, and optional QR photo uploads (“the Service”).
All purchases are one-time payments. Because your wedding dashboard is created and made available to you immediately upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing checkout you acknowledge this no-refund policy. If you have a genuine technical issue preventing access, contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve it.
Your dashboard access is active for the period shown at checkout (e.g. 6, 12, or 16 months). After this period your data is retained for 30 days before deletion. You may export your guest data at any time within your access period.
You may use the Service only for your personal wedding. You may not resell, sublicense, or use the platform for commercial purposes. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
You are responsible for the personal data of guests you add to your dashboard. By using the Service you confirm you have appropriate permission to store that information.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
